Job description / Role

Employment: Contract

This is a two-month contractual role. Candidates who are immediately available to join are preferred. Must have experience recruiting from Middle to Senior Management levels across a fast-phased business. Should have experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates independently and manage stakeholder engagements. Prior experience working in a recruitment agency would be preferred but not an absolute must.

This is not a learn or earn as you grow opportunity as delivery is expected within the initial first week. This is a full-time office-based opportunity and not WFM. Must have the ability to work on strict deadlines. Excellent command of English communication skills. Must have a bachelor's degree. Candidates who wish to apply for this role, please write a brief note on the kind of roles you have worked on in the recent past along with the SLA’s. The contract is extendable based on business needs and can be terminated based on poor performance.

Salary:
AED 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

- 5 to 10+ years recruitment experience
- Must have the ability to work on strict deadlines
- Experience using a LinkedIn recruiter
- Willing to work on a two-month contract.
- Must be under a sponsorship visa
- Bachelor's degree
