Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• To ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees while growing a strong talent pipeline
• Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy
• Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc
• Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
• Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
• Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
• Screen candidate's resumes and job applications
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within the schedule
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
• Train and advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
• Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
• Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire
• Design, distribute and measure the results of candidate experience surveys
• Host and participate in job fairs
• Promote the company’s reputation as the “best place to work”

Requirements

• Minimum 3-4 years of HR background combined with work experience in screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates
• Experience developing a recruiting strategy
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management, and internet search
• Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews
• Hands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc)
• Ability to organize skills assessment (demos, trials, work samples, IQ/EQ tests, etc)
• Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)
• Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master`s degree preferably in Human Resources Management or Human Resources
• Proven work (minimum 3-4 years) experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
