Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Work closely with managers and HR group to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s competency requirements, hiring processes and needs and meet aggressive hiring goals and expectations in multiple locations and countries.
• Provide market intelligence / expert guidance compensation and benefits benchmarking as necessary.
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles helping management find, assess, hire, onboard and retain quality talent.
• Grow and foster an internal and external talent pipeline to ensure recruitment can be executed at pace.
• Proactively suggest and implement recruitment interventions that will increase efficiency and appropriateness of recruiting efforts.
• Continuously partner with HR team and managers to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies.
• Stay active with current job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, plan, create, and release job descriptions and announcements.
• Achieve recruitment KPI’s.
• Offer advice and guidance on market perception of AAF and how to improve this through building an employer brand.

Requirements

• Work and form relationships with internal management teams to know the ins and outs of their departments and better understand their hiring needs and job specifications.
• Develop and release job postings on platforms such as social media and job boards.
• Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates and prospect for new business.
• Screen resumes, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout the interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation.
• Maintain a GDPR compliant database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired employees, and other candidate relationships.
