Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Recruitment support
• Internal Audit Controls for HR
• Rolling out individual development plans for all those employees who calibrated poorly during end of month appraisal
• Responsible for posting of ads and screening applications
• Search and screening of CVs via Recruitment Portals
• Arranging first round interviews for entry-mid level vacancies
• Coordinating interviews with applicants for line Managers and HR Manager.
• Ensure recruitment tracker is maintained and continually improved.
• Induction & Integration
• Initiate the new hire checklist and process in a timely manner
• Helping in draft employee letters in relation to any salary, bonus or benefit adjustment and update all relevant systems.
• Helping in draft probation letters
• Meet with employees and line managers as per their request, escalating any issues to the HR Manager
• Maintain an awareness of HR best practice at all time

Needs to be available immediately. The office is based in Ras El Khaimah.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years previous experience in a blue collar business environment preferable with the Défense industry.
• A successful track record, complete with references, in high volume blue collar recruitment.
• Experience and knowledge of sourcing Blue Collar workers from Sub-Continent and African countries across the Defense, Construction and Logistics Industries.
• Capable to plan and prepare for recruitment drives
