Job description / Role

We are seeking a talented Renewable Energy Engineering Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent within the renewable energy industry.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent in the renewable energy industry
• Identify and engage passive candidates through various sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media, and industry events
• Screen resumes, conduct phone screens, and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Conduct in-person interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and fit with the company culture
• Manage the candidate experience, including providing feedback and guiding them through the interview process
• Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth hiring process, including conducting reference checks and negotiating offers
• Develop and maintain relationships with universities, industry organizations, and other talent sources to build a strong candidate pipeline

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in recruiting for the renewable energy industry or a related field preferred
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Understanding of renewable energy technologies, industry trends, and job requirements
