We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Recruiter to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent from the UK, Ireland, and South Africa to exciting career opportunities across Australia, New Zealand, and the UAE. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and a passion for connecting exceptional candidates with leading employers.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to source candidates from UK, Ireland, and South Africa for placements in Australia, New Zealand, and UAE.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordination with clients and candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and employers to ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
- Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively advise clients and candidates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports using the company’s applicant tracking system.

- Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably with healthcare recruitment exposure.
- Ideally lived/travelled to Australia, New Zealand, and UAE.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse candidate pools.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software
