Job description / Role
A multinational organisation with presence globally is seeking an experienced Recruiter to assist with recruitment operations and work with senior leaders on implementing recruitment strategy.
This a 6 month contract with a good opportunity to go permanent for the right person.
- Advertise, source and headhunt candidates for roles across the ME region
- Screen and interview candidates and provide detailed feedback to hiring managers
- Help develop talent pipelines for each country in region
- Work on a smooth recruitment process that ensures a good candidate experience
- Help develop a candidate tracking system
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, enthusiastic Recruiter with at least 3 years experience - an AGENCY background would be preferred! Personality is key for this role so must be able to demonstrate energy and fresh thinking!
You must have experience working in a fast paced environment and dealing with different types of hiring managers.
REGIONAL experience is a MUST and Arabic speakers would be preferred
This is a 6 month contract - therefore you must be ready to commit to a 6 month role from July/August time.
