We are an HR consultancy that specializes in headhunting, recruitment, and providing HR solutions to a variety of clients. We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to join our team on a part-time, commission-only basis.
Responsibilities:
• Source, screen, and identify potential candidates for various client roles.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiations.
• Build and maintain relationships with both candidates and clients.
• Provide regular updates to the management team on recruitment activities and progress.
• Stay updated on recruitment best practices and industry trends.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (experience in commission-based recruitment is a plus).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, and networking.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
