We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Recruitment Administrator to join our dynamic construction team in Dubai. This pivotal role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract and onboard top talent, ensuring smooth and efficient hiring operations that support our company growth and project success.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage job postings across various platforms to attract qualified candidates.
- Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and update the applicant tracking system regularly.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Prepare and handle recruitment documentation, including employment contracts and offer letters.
- Support in organizing recruitment events and job fairs as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor laws during recruitment activities.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in recruitment administration, preferably within the construction industry.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with candidates and internal teams.
- Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
