Job description / Role
Taaleem currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to join the organisation in a fast paced and challenging recruitment position based out of our Central Office in Jumeira
• Lead recruitment as an area of expertise across Taaleem
• Create, negotiate and manage group-wide recruitment contracts
• Responsible for Taaleem recruitment fairs – planning, coordinating, managing all activities linked to the fair (in conjunction with schools) and reporting on feedback and key outcomes and recommendations after each fair
• Prepare and place internal and external advertisements for schools and CO positions and work with Marketing and Head of HR on recruitment branding, ensuring that policy is bein adhred to at all times
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on recruitment use and cost for inclusion in the monthly HR board report.
• Development of recruitment policies along with Head of HR and ensuring compliance with both internal, and external policy.
• Liaise with schools and CO departments to facilitate the smooth operation of onboarding practices
• Onboarding of all Central Office staff, create LOIs through the HRMS, follow up with contracts in a timely manner.
• Apply for visas and work permits for central office staff.
• Manage the recruitment and onboarding tracker, ensure that all relevant internal parties are notified in due course to subsequently complete their necessary part in the onboarding process.
Requirements
• Education: Bachelor degree or relevant management or field-specific qualification
• Experience: 5+ years in Recruitment
• Competencies: Communication Skills, Analytical and Critical Thinking, Relationship-Building, Leadership and team-working, Innovative and Solutions-focussed
• Attributes: Experience in fast paced recruitment, in-house experience would be good but not essential if able to adapt quickly. Proved influential and persuasive style. Resilient, with a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail. Confident and excellent communication skills
• UAE drivers license and own car are essential
