What You’ll Do:
• Support our expert senior consultants in managing recruitment mandates
• Source, screen, and connect with top-tier candidates globally
• Craft compelling job posts and market roles on social media & ATS
• Engage in headhunting & prospecting to attract the best talent
• Interview candidates, assess skills, and present the best fits to our clients
• Coordinate interviews, provide feedback & support candidates throughout the hiring process
• Build and manage talent pipelines, keeping records updated in our systems
• Collaborate with marketing to boost candidate engagement
• Represent Black Pearl at career fairs, events, and networking opportunities

What We Offer:
• Hybrid Work – Balance your career with flexible work options:
- Abu Dhabi-based? Work 2 days in the office, 3 days from home
- Dubai-based? Work 1 day in our designated workspace, 4 days from home
• 5-day work week (but flexibility is key – candidates & clients work across different time zones!)
• 9 AM – 6 PM UAE Time (with room for flexibility based on business needs)
