Job description / Role

Black Pearl is currently growing its team of consultants in Abu Dhabi. This position will be responsible for delivering growth of new business and account development of existing client relations. A key success to this role is in delivering high quality service to clients and professional candidates through the retention and development of business; matching candidates of best fit to client requirements; and performing a variety of supporting administrative tasks.

Other responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Obtain detailed assignment information from clients and utilise it to provide effective client service.
- Ensure all client roles are suitably matched with appropriate candidates and filled in line with client expectations and contractual requirements.
- Maintain regular contact with candidates who have been interviewed and awaiting placement.
- Proactively attract candidates through appropriate advertising mediums ensuring that a pool of suitable candidates is continuously built and maintained.
- Meet with clients regularly and ensure the implementation of a Call Cycle.
- Develop an ongoing understanding of the clients’ business through building ongoing relationships.
- Through understanding the clients’ business, provide regular updates on Black Pearl’s local market activity.
- Ensure client requests are completed in a timely manner and to the highest possible service level.
- Undertake weekly telemarketing calls to generate new business opportunities.
- Undertake weekly sales visits to prospective clients.
- Attend networking events to generate new business opportunities.

Requirements

- A higher diploma or degree holder
- Strong fluency in English language; knowledge in another language is a plus
- Knowledgeable in using Microsoft application
- Strong willingness to travel around UAE when required
- Flexible to work outside normal working hours
