Quest in Dubai is an international, award winning, established Recruitment Consultancy with an impressive reputation for delivering middle and senior management appointments to a range of clients across the whole of the MENA region - and further including Asia, Australia and South Africa.

Our core markets are Retail, in Dubai, Quest are seeking to hire new Recruitment Consultants specializing in the Retail and eCommerce sectors.

As a specialist Recruitment Consultant, your main responsibility is to place middle management to director level candidates into overseas positions that are typically with house-hold name companies. Your job role is heavily focused on quality and providing a 360 degrees recruitment service where you will screen candidates, interview them, conduct background checks and match them to particular client briefs.

The Middle East is an extremely competitive market and to be successful in this role you must be tenacious and proactive with the determination to build and expand your personal client portfolio whilst nurturing and growing existing client relationships.

We are looking for professionals with at least 24 months of experience within the recruitment sector, preferably with an understanding of the Retail or eCommerce market places. This position requires an individual with excellent interpersonal communication skills and an ability to work autonomously as well as in a team.
