Job description / Role
• Act as a senior recruitment consultant helping build the client and role pipleline across executive roles
• Source and select candidates for these roles / with the support of a dedicated resourcing team
• Network and advertise to potential clients / candidates
• Identify strategic growth and where the firm should focus f
• Deal with general queries relating to contracts, pay etc
Salary:
AED
12,000 to 20,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements
• 5+ years UAE experience
• Have good communication skills
• Be able to gain people's confidence and put them at ease
• Be persuasive, persistent and patient
• Be able to cope with pressure
• Be flexible and adaptable
• Have a mature personality
• Have good organizational and administrative skills
• Have the ability to prioritize
• Have good IT skills
• Be able to work to deadlines
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
