Based in Dubai, TXM is an established Recruitment Consultancy that offers complete HR support services including contingency recruitment, temporary staff placement and visa outsourcing.
Our Recruitment Consultants have a mixed role which will involve identifying and winning new customers as well as servicing existing accounts.
• Developing new business with prospective clients and keeping in regular contact to build positive, productive and long-term corporate relationships
• Achieving revenue targets and meeting individual and team KPI in a fast moving and competitive sales environment
• Manage end-to-end recruitment – Understand requirements, advise and execute appropriate recruitment strategies including advertising campaigns, referrals, sourcing and engaging with candidates, interviewing, managing references checks and managing the offer process.
• Identifying recruitment sources, networking leads, social media opportunities, job fairs, advertising resources, and other tools to attract candidates
AED 13,000 to 18,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

• A minimum of 3 years previous experience working within the recruitment industry
• Strong understanding of the local GCC recruitment market
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills
