Job description / Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet our clients' staffing needs. The successful candidate will play a key role in building strong relationships with both clients and candidates, and will have a deep understanding of the local job market and recruitment trends.
Business development and cold calling
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and fit for specific roles.
- Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates for current and future opportunities.
- Coordinate and facilitate the entire recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, managing offers, and conducting reference checks.
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process and deliver high-quality service to clients and candidates.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role, with a successful track record of placing candidates in a variety of industries.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques, candidate assessment methods, and employment legislation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates at all levels.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership for delivering results.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software .
Salary:
AED
13,000 to 16,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
