Job description / Role
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Dubai, UAE. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a crucial role in connecting talented individuals with leading companies in various industries. You will leverage your expertise in recruitment processes, client management, and relationship building to deliver exceptional service to both clients and candidates. Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the right talent for various roles.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact through to job offer and on-boarding.
- Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to attract and engage candidates effectively.
- Create and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through networking, referrals, and outreach.
- Provide market insights and guidance to clients regarding talent availability and industry trends.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and enhance overall recruitment strategies.
- Prepare and present candidate profiles to clients, highlighting their skills and experience.
- Negotiate job offers and facilitate communication between candidates and clients.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role in a recruitment agency or corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence decision-making.
- Knowledge of labor laws and hiring regulations in the UAE is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
Salary:
AED
10,000 to 15,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
