Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the real estate industry to understand their recruitment needs and organizational goals.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions within the real estate sector, ensuring the best fit for both candidates and clients.
- Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to attract and engage potential candidates.
- Conduct thorough reference checks and background screenings to ensure candidates meet the necessary qualifications and standards.
- Provide expert guidance and advice to candidates throughout the recruitment process, including resume writing, interview preparation, and salary negotiations.
- Collaborate with clients to create compelling job descriptions and recruitment advertisements that accurately reflect the position and attract the right candidates.
- Manage the entire recruitment cycle from job intake to placement, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both candidates and clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate interactions and client communications in the recruitment database.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team recruitment targets, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role, preferably within the real estate sector.
- Strong understanding of the real estate industry, including market trends, roles, and qualifications.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
- Proficient in using recruitment software and tools, as well as social media platforms for sourcing candidates.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for helping others succeed in their careers.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- A valid UAE work permit is preferred.

Salary:
AED 10,000 to 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
