Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new clients to establish and grow a robust client portfolio.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, ensuring a thorough understanding of their recruitment requirements.
- Source and attract high-quality candidates for a diverse range of roles across multiple industries.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from client engagement to candidate placement, ensuring a seamless process.
- Negotiate and finalize business terms and contracts with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction.
- Build a consistent pipeline of business opportunities to drive growth and sustain performance.
- Provide expert guidance to clients on market trends, hiring strategies, and talent availability.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of recruitment activities and progress using appropriate tools.
- Deliver exceptional service to both clients and candidates, fostering long-term partnerships.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in 360 recruitment or a similar role.
- Proven ability to independently acquire and manage new clients.
- A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales and placement targets.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and client management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to build trust and rapport

Salary:
AED 14,000 to 16,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: commissions
