Role Description:
As a Recruitment Consultant at DRE Homes, you will be an integral part of the People & Culture team, assisting with the end-to-end recruitment process and helping us find the best talent to join our growing company. You will play a key role in supporting hiring managers and ensuring a seamless experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Job Type & Payment Structure:
Full-time, Competitive Salary + Commission

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and suitability for open positions.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Assist in posting job openings on various platforms and ensure job descriptions are up to date.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates, providing updates throughout the hiring process.
• Update and maintain the candidate database, ensuring all candidate information is accurate and up to date.

Requirements:

Preferred Qualifications & Requirements:
• A Bachelor’s degree in any field is required.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English (fluency in a second language is a plus)
• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Accuracy in handling candidate data and scheduling.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the recruitment field.
• Professional appearance and conduct
• Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle
