Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and placing top talent across various industries, fostering strong client relationships, and driving recruitment strategies to meet the hiring needs of our valued clients.

Responsibilities:
- Source, interview, and assess potential candidates to match client requirements effectively.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job advertising, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records using recruitment software and databases.
- Meet and exceed recruitment targets and contribute to the growth of the recruitment division.

- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role within the UAE or international recruitment market.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates quickly.
- Knowledge of various industries and job functions to effectively source diverse talent.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is a plus.
