This role will focus on delivering exceptional recruitment solutions while building strong relationships with clients and candidates in the region.

Description

* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their hiring needs.
* Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
* Utilise various recruitment tools and platforms to identify and engage candidates.
* Provide advice and market insights to clients and candidates.
* Collaborate with internal teams to meet business objectives.
* Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate information.
* Ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures in the hiring process.

A successful Recruitment Consultant should have:

* A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
* Experience in recruitment or sales.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms ideal
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets and delivering quality outcomes.
