Job description / Role

Recruitment Coordinator - 1 MONTH CONTRACT - 10,000AED MAX

- Source exceptional talent by utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and Talent Pipeline - Boolean searches, database scrubbing, cold calling, networking, relationship building, event lists, social media, sourcing tools, and industry research.

- Partner with a recruiter to identify recruiting priorities and develop a strategy.

- Work with team members while providing excellent support to all.

- Use technology, process and teamwork to execute the recruitment process.

- Develop creative sourcing strategies.

- Maintain data integrity for all phone screens and candidate interactions.

Requirements

- 3 Years Experience working within a Recruitment role

- Excellent Communication Skills

- Degree Educated

- Excellent experience using Boolean Searches, Database screening, Networking etc

- Experience interviewing Candidates

- Talent Pipelining

- CANDIDATES MUST BE ON A SPONSORED VISA
