We are seeking a dynamic and organized Recruitment Coordinator to join our team in the Logistics and Shipping industry based in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment process by coordinating all aspects of the hiring cycle, from job postings and candidate screening to interview scheduling and onboarding. This role is essential in ensuring we attract and retain top talent to meet our business needs and drive our success in a competitive market.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the skills and qualifications required for open positions.
- Post job openings on various platforms including job boards, social media, and company website to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Screen resumes and applications, perform initial phone interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for the role and company culture.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.
- Prepare interview materials and provide timely feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process to maintain a positive candidate experience.
- Assist in the development of recruitment strategies to enhance the employer brand and attract high-quality talent.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities and candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings for potential hires to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Engage in continuous improvement of recruitment processes, suggesting innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards to ensure a steady pipeline of candidates.
- Support various HR initiatives and projects as needed, contributing to a collaborative and productive HR team environment.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Coordinator or similar role, preferably within the Logistics and Shipping industry.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, candidate evaluation techniques, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
- Highly organized with exceptional time management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Fluency in English is required.
