Job description / Role
• Conduct sourcing activities in order to fill open positions through the likes of Linkedin, Bayt and GulfTalent
• Designing and manage recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews etc.)
• Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment
• Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities
• Manage the interview process directly with the candidates to ensure they effectively move through the process.
• Negotiate the final offers with the candidate and present the official job offers
Requirements
• Demonstrated ability to brainstorm ideas with the in-house team through fluent meetings and discussions.
• A keen eye on minute details with enthusiasm to provide efficient sourcing solutions.
• Skilled professional with a sound understanding of recruitment timelines and onboarding process.
• Established track record of sourcing suitable talent for companies and organizations.
• Apt in deciding the most suitable interview arrangement as per the existing hiring scenario
Candidate does not necessarily require any past recruitment experience as this role will provide on the job training.
