We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Executive to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in attracting, sourcing, and selecting top talent to meet our organization's staffing needs. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of recruitment best practices and a passion for connecting talented professionals with rewarding career opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates for various positions within the organization.
- Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals, to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume screening, phone interviews, and in-person interviews, to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, create job descriptions, and define candidate profiles for open positions.
- Coordinate and participate in career fairs, networking events, and other recruitment activities to promote the organization as an employer of choice.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Provide a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and tools to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 3+ years as a Recruitment Executive or similar role, with a successful track record of identifying and attracting top talent.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques, candidate assessment methods, and employment law compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and delivering results under tight timelines.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software tools is a plus.
- Certification in HR or recruitment-related fields is desirable.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
Salary:
AED
5,000 to 8,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
