- Source, attract, and engage candidates through job portals, databases, referrals, and direct headhunting
- Create and publish job advertisements aligned with client job descriptions and hiring requirements
- Screen CVs and conduct structured interviews (phone, video, in-person) to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely shortlisting for multiple active roles
- Act as the main point of contact from sourcing and interview coordination to offer management & onboarding.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a recruitment agency handling end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles & industries.
- Hindi speaker preferred, ideally 32 years old or below.
- Strong skills in sourcing candidates via job portals, referrals, networking, and direct headhunting.
- Proven ability to screen CVs and conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Salary:
AED
5000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
