Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

We are looking to welcome additonal colleagues into the Recruitment function to hire for our exciting leisure facilities. The right candidate will be responsible for assisting in identifying and attracting active/passive candidates for frontline positions across the leisure facilities. You will need to be comfortable with all activities related to the full recruitment cycle.

Other key responsibilities include:
- Lead recruitment for a variety of frontline positions within the company. Make initial contact with candidates/agency to determine interest, qualifications (skill set and cultural fit) and availability
- Sources active and passive candidates for a variety of open positions
- Builds a pipeline of candidates for critical and difficult to fill positions, maintaining relationships with candidates to keep them engaged and interested in the company
- Participates in special projects or initiatives as needed, such as local recruitment days, employment branding, internal referral program, reporting/metrics, etc.
- Stays updated current with industry news, developments and trends
- Manages the process by prequalifying applications, updating the database and distributing to hiring managers.
- Generates different types of employment letters and contracts.

This is an eighteen month fixed term contract.

Requirements

- 3 to 5 years recruiting experience required in an executive search agency or highly target driven recruitment background managing multiple jobs concurrently.
- Diploma/degree in business/HR OR Engineering
- Confident in managing the candidate from the start of the process through to completion of the candidate's On-boarding.
- Able to use a range of sourcing techniques like LinkedIn, social media and various headhunting portals to approach both active and passive candidates.
- Working knowledge of ATS like Taleo, Sniperhire, etc.
- Organised, able to prioritise and manage their workload effectively and has the ability to work independently.
- Customer service focus on both candidate and client experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, as well as influencing skills.
