Position Title: Recruitment Lead
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 12K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A Dubai based Commodity Trading company with active market participation in UK and expanding globally
Job Description:
• Support in developing talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans to ensure targets of all roles are met, in terms of time and headcount.
• Ensure that the processes in place are adequately streamlined to fulfill all the staffing needs efficiently.
• Conduct in depth analysis on the selection process and use the insights to make periodic improvements to the process in collaboration with the relevant stakeholders.
• Provide sound analysis and advice to business heads on the selection process.
• Ensure adequate sourcing is performed to fill open positions and anticipate future needs.
• Oversee all candidate communication and plan to ensure recruitment selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.) are conducted on time.
Requirements
Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of experience as a Recruitment Lead from The Big 4 Auditing firm or Top 30 Blue Chip companies
• Must have own database and experience in handling a large number of clients
• Individuals with experience of niche hiring preferred
• Open to overseas candidates that are willing to relocate to UAE
