Position Title: Recruitment Lead
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 9K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
One of the leading dental healthcare services provider in Dubai

Job Description:
• Responsible for sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates for open positions within the company
• Work closely with hiring managers to determine which applicants are the best fit for a given job opening
• Review resumes and interview candidates for positions to ensure they meet the job requirements
• Coordinate candidate interviews with hiring managers or human resources representatives
• Oversee new hire orientations and training programs to ensure that new hires are able to perform their job duties
• Develop and implement a recruitment strategy that is aligned with the company’s goals and values

Requirements

Qualifications:
• At least 3 years of experience in healthcare recruitment
• Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
