Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Job Responsibilities:
• To ensure that recruitment and selection procedures and practice meet operational needs, legislative and good practice requirements.
• Develop job descriptions and employee specifications and review, develop and implement policies and guidelines
• To develop the recruitment process, including interview guidelines and a standard questionnaire to establish whether the non-negotiable skills and experience
• Building relationships with clients, developing recruitment solutions and managing a dedicated team of recruitment consultants

• Are confident, self-motivated and demonstrate a passionate commitment to the business
• Excellent understanding of recruitment processes
• Have good working relationships with everyone they meet at work, behaving in a friendly, courteous and professional way
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases
• Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills
