Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a leading professional services organisation who are looking to hire a Recruitment Manager, reporting directly to the Associate Director of Recruitment.
In this role you will be responsible for driving and creating innovative sourcing strategies and attracting key talent. You will screen applicants, conduct interviews and place candidates, assisting with the full 360 recruitment process. You will be working closely with Stakeholders and agencies to ensure head hunters and candidates are kept up to date with the recruitment progress. The ideal candidate should be a motivated individual who will effectively build and maintain key relationships with clients, candidates and recruits.
The successful candidate should hold a bachelor’s Degree and have at least 3 years’ demonstrable experience at Manager level, ideally from a professional services or legal organisation. You should be an enthusiastic individual with the ability to work independently, prioritize and execute tasks to the highest standard. It is essential for this role that the successful candidate has excellent communication skills in Arabic and English, both written and verbal.
