Job description / Role
Responsible for leading and managing the recruitment process for theThe role involves developing and implementing recruitment strategies, overseeing the hiring process, and ensuring the company attracts and retains top talent. will work closely with department heads to understand staffing needs and will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates who align with the company's values and goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for various roles within the organization.
- Collaborate with senior management to forecast staffing needs and create recruitment plans accordingly.
- Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
- Source candidates using a variety of channels, including online job portals, social media, headhunting, and networking events.
- Build a strong talent pipeline by maintaining relationships with passive candidates and developing a network of potential future hires.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate suitability for the company and specific roles.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews in collaboration with department heads and senior management.
- Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations, and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Promote the company's employer brand by participating in industry events, job fairs etc...
- Work on initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice within the Dubai job market.
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and HC personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure recruitment goals are met.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing regular feedback and training opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
- Prepare regular reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities.
- Work closely with department heads to understand their specific hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Human capital Proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes in Dubai, ideally within the Real Estate Industry
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and administrative software.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of Dubai's labor market and employment laws.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Fluency in English and Arabic
