Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Experience in recruitment and human resources,
- Overseeing operations in Middle East for Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
- Manage Skale holders, internal and external Recruitment partners
- Navigating diverse industries to deliver impactful HR and recruitment solution
- Support in recruiting and deploying Nationals to meet the Nationalization targets set across the different businesses.
- Support the delivery of the hiring of vacant positions in a timely manner by maintaining quality standards.
- Track and monitor the recruitment progress liaising with all respective stakeholders.
- Updating the talent pool frequently and rewarding internal referrals
- Assist in developing succession plans for Critical roles and N-1 jobs
- Successfully hire employees across various functions and seniority (I.e. Accountants, Strategy Manager, Head of Sales, Head of HR, Assistant Growers, Growers, Technicians, sr. Marketing Manager, Head of Construction, Technical Manager, Procurement Manager, and sr. Supply Chain Manager Etc.) with help of Recruiters.
- Responsible for identifying the talent and succession pipeline across relevant functions and overall business.
- Responsible for leading and implementing the HR Strategy underpinned by the CEO/Chairman/Borad members.
- Collaborate with senior management to establish workforce planning goals and objective.
- Collaborate with legal and HR teams to ensure all workforce planning practices align with legal and ethical standards.
- Responsible for leading and implementing the HR Strategy underpinned by the CEO.
- Build Rapport with the internal stakeholders
- Design job descriptions and interview questions on behalf of the client that reflect live and future requirements, through thorough knowledge of the organization’s objectives and goals.
- Advise managers on organizational policy matters and recommends changes to the policy (based on the new Labour laws, or based on the new vision led by the CEO).
- Provide accurate and regular reporting of recruiting activities and generate weekly updates for the company’s leadership regarding current and upcoming hiring initiatives.
- Proactively building excellent relationships with internal stakeholders and key management in person or remotely.
- Manage the candidate journey, conducting professional interviews and providing status updates of their applications and interviews.
- Cultivate and maintain a strong talent pool.
- Manage the complete onboarding process (Visa, medical, orientation, IT Etc.)
- Support the client on existing positions to develop and execute the recruitment strategy.
- Managing both Permanent and Contract recruitment for the Life Science department
- Maintaining key accounts and business developing new client.

Requirements:

- The job holder is responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives that enhance the group’s recruitment efforts, ensure brand consistency, and support Emiratization initiatives.
- You will lead a team of recruiters, build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, and contribute to building a strong and diverse workforce.
- The role will be based in Abu Dhabi, to support Industrial, properties and shared services.
- Must be an Arabic, diverse or a western national.
- Exposure to the middle east is a must along with team handling, recruitment strategies, Stakeholder management, keen eye for talent and expertise in top management hiring.

Salary:
AED 20,000 to 23,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
