Michael Page Middle East is seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to join their desk on the Financial Services Team in Dubai. This is a huge opportunity for an experienced manager to join an extremely profitable desk and flourish in his/her career at Page Group.

Michael Page Banking & Financial Services is a specialist division with a team of expert recruitment consultants dedicated to the placement of banking professionals across all industries. Michael Page has been working with professionals in the banking and financial services sector on a global scale for more than three decades. Recruiting front, middle and back office roles on a temporary contract and permanent basis.
The key aspect of your role will be managing and driving the growth of your team as well as promoting the Michael Page brand in Middle East region.
The responsibilities will include:
* Managing client relationships and continued development in maintaining these relationships
* Collaborating with other international offices on key account management
* Achieving monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets - for self and team
* Leading the delivery of multi-role placement campaigns
* Managing senior and executive level recruitment assignments - both on a contingent and retained basis

Requirements
* University Degree Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Management (Preferred)
* Financial Qualification i.e. KAPLAN, CFA/CPA
* Minimum of 5 year's experience as a banking recruitment expert on the agency side, at Senior Consultant or Managing Consultant Level. We would also be open to considering candidates that come from a financial services background who are looking for a new career opportunity
* Track record of high personal billings or consistently achieving targets.
* In depth knowledge of the large array of roles / technical skills in the financial services and banking markets.
* Track record of building and managing relevant and successful client / candidate relationships
* Genuine leadership skills with ability and desire to take on a bigger role in the future
* Strong networking and client development abilities
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* Team work based attitude
