* Lead high-value Physician recruitment across multiple specialisms
* Manage end to end recruitment process for all roles across the hospital
* Attract talent through social media and headhunting
* Interview candidates and select best candidates for the senior leadership team
* Ensure positive candidate experience
* Offer management and onboarding processes
* Manage another team member who supports administratively

Requirements
* Physician recruitment experience in UAE is essential and experience in the Abu Dhabi market will be given first preference
* Strong end to end recruitment processes - proven experience of being able to manage this single-handedly
* People management experience would be desirable
* 4+ years of healthcare recruitment experience
