Job description / Role
- Will be responsible for handling Recruitment Operations, BD & CRM for the Middle East region with P & L responsibility.
- Managing the full life cycle of recruitment which involves understanding job descriptions, Creating Job advertisements for posting on Internal and external Job Boards / Portals.
- Develop sales and demand generation strategy and identify core markets.
- Developing new contacts from within targeted prospects
- Managing and updating the client database with profiling data
- Developing and coordinating sales and client documents
- Assisting with client reporting – contact reports, status reports, activity reports etc.
- Assisting with new business pitches
- Participating in team meetings; contributing ideas to capture client buy-in
- Developing a good understanding of clients & building strong relationships with key decision makers.
- Maximise sales, business development and network to develop new business from existing and new clients.
- Network with candidates directly via various channels (database, social media, headhunting, referrals, jobsites etc).
- Negotiating salary and finalising arrangements between client and candidate.
Requirements
- At last 3 - 4 years experience in recruitment industry.
- Must have existing clients and database in GCC/ MENA
- Enthusiasm and passion for sales and delivering above and beyond the norm!
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent in communication is must
- Excellent salary and bonus
