Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Recruitment identifying manpower needs.
- Manages the recruitment process for an assigned group of portfolios and works with all relevant stakeholders to ensure that candidates move through the recruitment process in a timely fashion
- Preparation of job descriptions and specifications Analysis and research on open positions.
- Develops job postings for placement on the recruitment website and other external advertising resources; employs a wide range of candidate sourcing activities with an emphasis on social media and other forms of online advertising
- Review recruitment needs with the management on a periodic basis to identify priorities and action plans.
- Ensures that talent pools within the database are populated with candidates and that applications in the pools are current and accurate
- Creates and maintains secure and confidential recruitment databases and filing systems; ensures all necessary recruitment and security documentation is on file prior to generating an offer
- Conducts initial screening of all applications for the assigned portfolio
- Coordinates interviews for local and overseas candidates using internal and external videoconference facility providers
- Serves as the main point of contact for candidates and screening team members with questions arising during the selection process.
- Organizing employee events managing employee welfare programs Improvements in HR policies, processes and procedures
- Support with the training and development programs
- Career planning for key personnel Bring about continuous improvements in the recruitment process. Comply with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 procedures and requirements.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by the Manager.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in HR or closely related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in Manufacturing / Building Material industry.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well versed with employment law and employee relations.
