Job description / Role
Our client, a well-known organization is looking for a proactive Recruitment Officer to assist across the HR team.
Responsible for providing smooth and efficient execution of all operational requirements of the HR and Talent Acquisition team. The successful candidate will help drive organizational effectiveness by providing support and coordination of all projects within the department.
• Support the operational requirements of the Talent Management team
• Managing and administering the Talent Management system
• Build and manage relationships with our key internal & external stakeholders
• Collec analyze and interpret data to support the Talent Management team
• Prepare presentations based on the requirements of the Talent Management team
• Manage multiple end to end process for the various Talent Management activities. These include, Recruitment, Assessments, UAE National Development, Learning and Rewards.
• Manage the end to end logistical processes of key Talent activities.
• Maintain a branded and unified method of communication to the organization for each respective function.
• Identify and resolve issues quickly and directly or escalate as appropriate
• Continue to look for opportunities to eliminate, streamline and / or automate existing processes and activities
• Work collaboratively with the internal teams and all other external key stakeholders to enable work to be completed efficiently and effectively; and resolve any issues
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in HR management, business administration or related field
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in related field
• Candidates must have experience in providing support and coordination to various Recruitment and Talent Management activities
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, inclusive of SharePoint and VisioData analysis and reporting
• Superior written and verbal communication skills; ability to effectively influence others at all levels of the organization
• Ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations and maintain confidentiality of sensitive matters
