Position Title: Recruitment Officer - Fashion
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 10K AED inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A leading GCC fashion group in Dubai, known for its growing international portfolio of women’s fashion.

Job Description:
• Manage the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for frontliners.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process, including documentation and compliance checks.

• Open to Arabic nationals, aged 45 and below.
• Must have proven expertise in the retail sector, specifically in women’s fashion.
• At least 4 years of recruitment experience within the fashion or fashion-related industry.
• Must be excellent in both spoken and written English and Arabic.

Salary:
AED 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
