Job description / Role
Mediclinic Middle East is looking to expand the current in-house recruitment team in Dubai to support our 7 hospitals and multiple clinics across the city. The role is a busy one, working directly with the operations team in our facilities to ensure a professional 360 degree recruitment function.
We are looking for candidates able to provide a high-level seamless recruitment service, with a focus on supporting clinical staff such as, GP level physicians and allied health roles within your geographical area of responsibility.
To deliver a timely and efficient service, in-line with the organisational strategy, responsible for supporting the wider recruiters in the Middle East region during busy periods is key for our organisation.
Requirements
The ideal candidate for this role will have worked in a healthcare specific recruitment role, and be able to understand the importance of working quickly, on many different positions to meet the needs of a fast passed organisation.
Candidates with experience in recruiting for Physicians and Allied Health will be given preference.
Communication and customer service skills are important to ensure we are a business enabling team.
Candidates must have excellent verbally and written communication in English, Arabic is preferred but not essential.
