Job description / Role
This is a great opportunity for a junior recruiter/talent acquisition officer who is seeking their next challenging role. Working within the Higher Education sector, the incumbent will be responsible for:
* Candidate attraction,
* Recruitment and selection,
* Involved in the clearance,
* Referencing and onboarding
Requirements
* Ideally we are seeking experience within the higher education sector, but otherwise experience in professional services, govt or similar. Abu Dhabi government hiring protocol knowledge will be an advantage to ensure that the best hires are made within the guidelines set.
* The selected applicant will be educated to Bachelors level, and have a can-do approach to work with a desire to learn and grow in the role.
* This will be a high impact role, if you are determined to succeed this could be a great next step.
