Recruitment Research Executive

Job description / Role

Bluefin Talent is a specialist search and selection agency, working with 'blue chip' financial services organisations across London and the Middle East; focusing exclusively on Financial Services and Risk.

Being niche allows us to offer a premium search service, tailored to overcome the technically challenging nature of recruitment for the specialist functions we work with.

Requirements

- Source, find, hunt for candidates that posses the niche criterion using all the resources and out-of-the-box skills
- Work fast, smart and efficient on a daily basis.
- Support development of high quality Job descriptions, embedding competencies and talent aspiration;
- Participate in interviews and hiring manager feedback to develop a high-performing talent attraction function;
- Advertise relevant vacancies both internally and externally as required;
- Proactively source candidates through advertising, referrals and networking, e.g. via LinkedIn
- Effective screening of applicants to present best talents to Hiring Managers;
- Arrangement of interviews including booking of meeting rooms, whilst building and maintaining a strong relationship with - Hiring Managers, PA’s, HR and candidates;
- Build talent database, manage all speculative CV’s and management reviews/feedback;
- Coordinate assessment centre’s
- Gather feedback and provide this to the candidates (directly or through agency) with focus on providing an excellent candidate experience;
- Manage relationships with Recruitment Suppliers;
- Keep abreast of changes in recruitment tactics (social media etc.)
- Investigate, suggest and implement best practice selection techniques;
- Investigate, suggest and implement low cost recruitment ideas (e.g. LinkedIn)
