Job description / Role

We are looking for a Researcher to join our busy recruitment office in Dubai.

Responsibilities
- Searching for candidates
- Managing job applications
- Screening and Interviewing candidates
- Arranging and coordinating interviews
- Support of Senior Recruitment Consultants

Requirements

Requirements:
- No specific recruitment experience required, however, if you have previous experience in a telephone based customer service role it would be an advantage
- Graduate Degree (Desirable, but not essential)
- Excellent written English language writing skills
- Confident interacting and engaging with people
- Excellent conversational communication skills at all levels
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office
