Job description / Role
About this Role
We are seeking highly motivated, enthusiastic candidates with an interest and passion in a career within recruitment or sales.
The ideal candidate will either be a recruitment consultant or HR specialist with experience.
Main responsibilities:
- Extensive market mapping across a variety of sectors
- Conducting thorough interviews of candidates and writing candidate reviews
- Building a network of the best talent available within markets
- Producing shortlists for specific recruitment assignments
- Liaise with line managers to ensure a full understanding of their requirements and preferences
- Use a range of sourcing and recruiting techniques (search engines, social networks, job boards, databases and direct recruiting techniques) to identify top talent for current and future openings
- Build and maintain talent pools for current openings and ongoing business talent needs.
- Extensive knowledge of CV formatting.
- Stay in contact with HRM and Line Management to ensure transparency and communication throughout the process.

Gross monthly base salary: AED5000

Requirements
- University degree or equivalent (APPLICANT MUST BE A GRADUATE, FRESH GRADUATES ARE ALSO WELCOME)
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- The candidate must have experience in the sector
- Fluent in English , Arabic is optional
