1on1 HR Consulting is currently seeking a Recruitment Resourcer with experience within the UAE as a preference.

Recruitment is one string in our HR consultancy services, and our small client-centric boutique brand seek individuals who have a strong passion for recruitment and the role we play in helping people throughout their careers.

We are looking for a team member who delivers a high quality service, using their intellect, initiative and common-sense to “go that extra mile”. You will be a confident interviewer, and have the ability to both engage and elicit information through your excellent verbal communication skills.

Your creative business writing skills will be of a superior quality in order to create written reports that both inspire and influence clients.

One of the biggest challenges you will face is independently managing your conflicting workload with minimal supervision. Having said that, we work as a collaborative team to ensure we meet deadlines and drive successful conclusions in a timely manner.

Typical Job Responsibilities:
- Have a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, plus their work culture and environment;
- Advertise vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in different job portals and using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships with candidates and employers
- Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates and using candidate databases to match the right person to the client's vacancy
- Receive and review applications, managing interviews and tests and creating a shortlist of candidates for the client
- Request references and check the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client
- Brief the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job
- Prepare CV’s and correspondence to forward to clients regarding of suitable applicants
- Organize interviews for candidates as requested by the client and inform the candidate about the results of their interviews
- Offer advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training and career progression
- Working towards and exceeding targets that may relate to the number of candidates placed, and business leads generated

Requirements

- Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in the UAE and Recruitment
- Prior Client exposure is a preference but not essential
- Sales Orientated & Target driven approach to activities
- Professional and confident telephone communication skills
- Conscientious personality with initiative and freedom on contribute to big-picture thinking
- Ability to perform under pressure
