Recruitment Resourcer for RecruitME – an award winning recruitment firm
We do things differently here – RecruitMe is a specialised boutique recruitment agency, headquartered in Dubai and working with large multinational professional services firms since 2014. After a tough year of lockdowns, quarantine and hiring freezes we are ready to grow again.
Hiring is really picking up and we need to expand our team to ensure that we are able to search and screen the very best candidates as quickly as possible for our top clients. We are looking for a recruitment resourcer to join us asap and jump right into extensive market mapping, searching, screening and interviewing great candidates. We can provide flexible timing, remote work options, unlimited holidays and a high commission structure for successful placements. You won’t be asked to reach monthly targets, log 1000 daily calls or send a certain number of CV’s. This is recruiting for grown-ups and you can manage your day accordingly.
The candidate we are looking for will have:
• Near native corporate English communication skills with the ability to summarise information concisely. Arabic would be an advantage.
• Patience, an upbeat positive attitude and friendly phone manner
• At least 1-2 years of recruitment experience in the Middle East
• In-depth interviewing skills
• A large local network
• Experience in search as well as local recruitment databases.
• The ability to work autonomously whilst being adaptable and flexible
• be exposed to working in different cultures
• have strong attention to detail and excellent organisational and time management skills
• be able to work to deadlines and under pressure
• Advanced Microsoft Office (formatting)
• Ideally based in Dubai or Riyadh but remote work is possible
