Job description / Role
The main job will involve Making high volume calls and booking in interviews and closing the placement.
The other parts will include business developing, setting up meetings with companies who are hiring. You could earn even more for completing the recruitment yourself under our Umbrella.
We are building our brand here in Dubai and Gulf regions for several years.
• Overseeing all operations
• Supporting in all admin and customer service areas
• CV sourcing
• Speaking and consulting with candidates/clients
• New business Development
• Data entry
• Market research
• Assist on second company duties i.e. events organizing, customer service, all round support
• Answering calls, leaving messages.
• Editing CV's
• Diaries/reminders/calendars
• Invoice following up
• General accounts
Requirements
• Must be fast at admin
• sourcing and BDM exp preferred
• Recruitment experience is a must
• Fast thinking
• Organized
