Recruitment Resourcer/Delivery Consultant

SQ Gulf Recruitment, the gulf arm of SQ Computer Personnel, London is currently looking for a Recruitment Resourcer/Delivery Consultant to join their staff.

Responsibilities:
• Source, screen and select candidates profiles to match client vacancies
• Build, maintain and manage comprehensive data base
• Advertising vacancies and cold calling candidates using job boards such as Gulf Talent and Monster Gulf, networking platforms such as LinkedIn and Skill Pages
• Head hunting to fill specialist roles
• Business development through lead generation
• Work towards achieving quarterly targets
• Study and understand client needs and respective client industries

Requirements

• Native English speaker
• Excellent telephone manner/skills
• Highly organised, punctual and pro-active
• Ability to work autonomously
• Can do attitude
