Recruitment Sourcer / Talent Acquisition Officer

The Talent Researcher will partner directly with the eMagine Solutions Recruiting team, and relevant business partners to support talent sourcing for all assigned roles. We are seeking a motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast paced/startup environment and has the desire to grow their career in Talent Acquisition.

What you'll do as the Talent Researcher:
• Identify and attract the most qualified and diverse talent for our Tech and Consulting opportunities
• Build a pipeline of talent for future and upcoming hiring needs
• Conduct market research to identify relevant targets and develop sourcing strategies
• Engage prospective talent using creative and compelling messaging
• Develop and manage CRM prospect pools and nurture campaigns
• Deploy sourcing strategies and techniques designed to identify diverse sales talent
• Build a network of passive candidates as the company grows

Requirements

What you'll bring as the Talent Researcher:
• Experience as a Talent Sourcer, or related field
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders to identify relevant talent profiles
• Understanding of Tech and Consulting profiles
• Attention to detail and well-organized; ability to handle multiple tasks and set priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with a constant focus on candidate experience
• Go the extra mile to contact and attract the very best candidates.
• Tenaciousness is key.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and follow-up skills, with the ability to deliver a compelling story to prospective candidates
• Exceptional work ethic
